Nicola Lonie has over 20 years’ experience working in the Autism field as IT Specialist & Webmaster for an autism charity and then as Online Safety Consultant for parents and carers of Autistic children & teens.
As well as working on a wide variety of Autism projects over the years, she has designed and presented online safety courses to children with Autism and ADHD in schools.
The first edition of her book Online Safety for Children & Teens on the Autism Spectrum was published in 2015, with the 2nd Edition published in 2023.
She is the mother of an adult son with autism and currently Director and Founder of VR4Autism - bringing the educational and social benefits of fun fully immersive and interactive Virtual Reality to the Autism Home.
