Every body is different - which is why I design custom keto and carnivore meal plans that fit you.
Before creating your plan, I take time to understand your goals and lifestyle by gathering a few key details:

When you submit information through my Personalised Nutrition Plan form, I collect details such as your name, contact information, height, weight, age, lifestyle habits, and any relevant health or dietary information. This data is considered special category (sensitive) information under UK GDPR, and is handled with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
Your information is used solely for the purpose of creating your personalised nutrition plan and for related communications between you and me (Nicola Lonie). It is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
All form submissions are securely stored on password-protected devices and/or encrypted servers, accessible only by Nicola Lonie. Information is retained for as long as is necessary to provide your service or as required by law, after which it will be securely deleted.
By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your information for the purpose of nutritional assessment and plan development. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting me.
