Virtual Reality (VR) technology offers an immersive bridge between virtual and real worlds.

At LifeLikeVR, our tailored VR scenarios elevate real-life experiences, aiding autistic children and teens by simulating realistic situations.

Our innovative 4-level scenario software is designed to desensitise autistic individuals, such as by simulating commonplace situations like navigating a supermarket.

By providing a safe and controlled environment to explore various scenarios, we empower autistic individuals to develop vital life skills, fostering greater confidence and independence.

Dear Visitors and Supporters of LifeLikeVR

I am Nicola Lonie, the CEO and founder of VR4Autism Ltd, incorporating LifeLikeVR, and it is with great excitement and a sense of profound responsibility that I welcome you to our innovative platform. Our mission at LifeLikeVR is to bridge the gap between the comfort of home and the complexity of the outside world, particularly for children with autism.

For those of us who have witnessed the challenges faced by autistic children in navigating everyday environments like supermarkets, dentists, airports, or schools, the struggle is all too real. These places, bustling with sensory inputs, can be overwhelming and anxiety-inducing. This is why I have embarked on a journey to create a 4-Level virtual reality (VR) software suite specifically designed to desensitise and prepare autistic children for these interactions in a controlled, supportive environment.

Why LifeLikeVR?

Customisable Experience: Each child's journey with autism is unique. Our software allows for customisation of sensory inputs, helping to gradually build tolerance and understanding at a pace that suits each individual.

Safe Learning Environment: In our virtual world, children can learn and practice behaviors at home without the fear of real-world consequences, fostering confidence and independence.

Therapeutic Value: Developed in consultation with autism specialists, educators, and most importantly, families of autistic children, our software integrates therapeutic techniques to aid in emotional regulation and coping strategies.

Engaging and Fun: Beyond the therapeutic aspect, our scenarios are designed to be engaging, ensuring that learning and adaptation are enjoyable processes.

At LifeLikeVR, we believe in a world where technology can alleviate some of the daily challenges faced by those with autism. Join us on this path of innovation, where every step forward is a step towards greater understanding, inclusion, and empowerment.

Thank you for your interest and support. Feel free to reach out with any questions, or to share your experiences. Together, we can make the world a more accessible place, one virtual step at a time.

Warm regards,

Nicola Lonie, CEO, VR4Autism Ltd
