As a qualified Nutrition & Health Advisor (since 2024), I offer bespoke eating plans and one-to-one guidance to help you make sustainable, positive changes to your diet and lifestyle. Every plan is tailored to your goals - whether that’s improving energy, managing weight, balancing hormones, or simply feeling better in your own skin.

I follow a keto/carnivore and 100% gluten-free approach that has been a complete game-changer for my own health. Through this way of eating, I’ve experienced greater focus, energy, and wellbeing - and I’m passionate about helping others discover what truly works for them.

I believe in real food, simple ingredients, and a practical approach that fits around your life - not the other way around. No fads, no extremes, just knowledge, support, and results you can feel.

CARNIVORE?

I choose a Keto/Carnivore approach because it focuses on real, nutrient-dense foods that support both physical and mental wellbeing. By reducing sugar, processed carbs, and inflammatory ingredients, this way of eating helps stabilise energy, reduce cravings, and improve focus. For many people - including myself - it can support sustainable weight management, clearer thinking, balanced hormones, and better digestive health. Keto and Carnivore aren’t extreme diets; they simply prioritise whole foods our bodies can use efficiently, helping you feel more in control of your health, your hunger, and your day-to-day vitality.

How Keto / Carnivore Supports the Body

A Keto or Carnivore way of eating encourages the body to rely on fat for fuel instead of sugar, which can lead to more stable energy levels throughout the day. Many people experience fewer energy crashes, reduced brain fog, and improved concentration as blood sugar fluctuations are minimised.

Why Keto/Carnivore
works for me

Before changing the way I ate, I struggled with chronic fatigue, ongoing indigestion, strong sugar cravings, and frequent irritability. I was constantly tired, uncomfortable after meals, and felt like my energy and mood were unpredictable.

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease over 10 years ago and have been strictly gluten-free since then. While removing gluten was essential for my health, I still didn’t feel well overall — fatigue, cravings, and digestive issues continued to affect my day-to-day life.

Around two years ago, I moved towards a Keto/Carnivore way of eating, and over time those symptoms disappeared. My energy stabilised, digestion improved, cravings reduced, and my mood became noticeably calmer and more consistent. For the first time, I felt genuinely well and in control of my health.

I now eat one meal a day (OMAD) and fast for the rest of the time, which suits my body and lifestyle. That said, I still enjoy cups of tea with milk throughout the day, and very occasionally a sweet sugar treat — this isn’t about rigid rules, but about what works sustainably for me.

Noticing such a significant change is what led me to go back to college to study Nutrition & Health. I wanted to understand why this approach worked so well for me and, more importantly, how I could use that knowledge to help others find a way of eating that supports their own physical and mental wellbeing.
